NextCard offers a VISA credit card that is designed specifically for Internet users with special features such as online balance inquiries and transfers, and the ability to upload a scanned in photo to be printed on your credit card.
Program Details:
NextCard offers instant (approximately 30 seconds) online approval, with their affiliate program now paying at least a $20 flat fee (up from $10 previously) for each new, approved cardholder you refer. Your commission rate may go higher depending on the quantity and quality of leads you refer.Sign-up and approval for the program are now instantaneous. NextCard uses unique URLs to track referred sales, and weekly reports are issued detailing the commissions you have earned, as well as click-throughs and referring URLs. A wide variety of banner graphics are made available for your use, and text links are also acceptable. Checks are issued monthly once commissions reach $50. NextCard is also planning other significant upgrades to the program in the near future, including the ability to more carefully target the program to your site's visitor's interests.

Visitors have reported that the success you see from this program will very greatly based on the demographics of your site. Sites that target higher income brackets, or more mature, stable-income visitors will see more success since these types of individuals will be more likely to be approved for the credit card. Since features of the card also may appeal to those that shop online often, shopping or consumer related sites may have success.
