test their pages for browser compatibility and accessibility
for people with disabilities. By inputting your site's URL,
you will be able to see a graphical representation of where incompatibilities
or accessibility issues may need to be corrected. Following
the graphic, a list of errors in your HTML is provided along with
the line numbers in the HTML. Free to use, but not the most
convenient, since you must re-run each test for each of the different
browsers you would like to check.

which will allow you to reduce the file sizes of your images (GIFs

a free Meta tag generator, HTML error checking, and load-time
checking.

WebDiner offers a variety of tutorials (Called Web Adventure)
taking webmasters from the basics of HTML to more advanced topics
